My new obsessions:
#1- Water. Drink it. I am not a water person but I am learning. I have gone from three energy shots a day to one. That is very good for me.
#2- Arm balances yoga. I may have almost broken my nose a handful of times but I'm getting better and stronger.
#3- Essential oils. They have really helped anxiety and energy. I am trying to become more balanced and centered. Less pills. More natural. More positive and productive.
