I came across this on a law of attraction website, and it has been my challenge this past week...
"Go 24 hours without complaining. (not even once) Then watch how your life starts changing."
I'm not a very big out loud/to other people complainer, but trying this has made me realize how much I complain or have negative thoughts in my head ALL throughout the day. Especially being pregnant and not feeling well and taking care of crying kids all day and blah blah blah....get over it. It's been a big eye opener for me.
I totally think it's healthy to vent frustrations, everyone has bad days. (that's the great thing about journals) But to be aware of how often you are speaking and thinking negatively is really important. And also to keep yourself in check that things really aren't that bad. Or if they are, change them and move on.
